24 hours refund policy
The Android Market allow you to try an application for 15 minutes. When you buy it, it gets an authorization from your credit card using the price of the application. You pay only if you keep the application for more than 15 minutes. Otherwise if you uninstall, it just cancel the authorization and you are not charged.
As we think that a 15 minutes window is really too short to test an application we have a 24hours refund policy. Unfortunately, we cannot change the refund period ifrom our side and have to refund it manually.
To let us know that you want a refund, you have to :
* Create a new refund ticket,
* Send to us your order number that you can find in the mail Google
sent you or in your Google
Checkout account.
* Give us a reason so we can improve ourselves (mandatoryl)
