Can you try with a Twitter test account ? Or another one if you
have several account ? I talk with the developers about this login
The login issue (with the message about TimeZone / connection
verification) is not related straight to Plume. The application
send information through the network to Twitter that check that,
that's why it's not easy to find why you can't login. Sometimes it
can be Twitter's issue.
The Oauth issue can be related to the Android's system.
Something is blocking between the system and the network at this
time (Firewall or something similar perhaps ?)
Please keep trying to login and try also with different
