The Authorization between Plume and Twitter could not be created? Possibilities: No connection, wrong phone date/time or you did not authorize plume?
I have an LG Optimus M with 2.2.1 Android on it. I've used Plume before and loved it. I had to delete it because of space. When I finally cleaned out my phone. I re-downloaded Plume, but when I click on the start button it says "The authorization link between Twitter and Plume could not be created. Possibilities: No connection, wrong phone time and date or you did not authorize Plume. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?!

How do check the time zone between the phone and twitter?
Support Staff 7 Posted by Leflou on 20 Aug, 2012 11:58 AM
On the Website, go to the settings and you'll find how your time zone is set.
Check that on the settings of your smartphone, if you got the same Timezone.
Hope it helps

Can you please give me your device specification and describe me very precisely the manipulation you are doing with Plume when you try to login ?
It can help me to reproduce things and/or find a solution about that.
Thanks

Hi,
Have you check on Twitter's account that you have not Revoke the access to Plume ?
Are you using Wi-Fi connection or 3G ?

Can you try with a Twitter test account ? Or another one if you have several account ? I talk with the developers about this login issue.
The login issue (with the message about TimeZone / connection verification) is not related straight to Plume. The application send information through the network to Twitter that check that, that's why it's not easy to find why you can't login. Sometimes it can be Twitter's issue.
The Oauth issue can be related to the Android's system. Something is blocking between the system and the network at this time (Firewall or something similar perhaps ?)
Please keep trying to login and try also with different account.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks for your feedback.

I had to delete plume from my phone and now it doesn't work. By accident, I revoked the access of plume on the twitter website. Is there any way that i can undo this?

Hi,
@ Cameron: In the Twitter website settings, go in the Applications options, and find Plume for Android. then click the button you'll find right to the icon. You can cancel your Revoked access.
Hope it helps
