    Hi,

Can you describe your issue more precisely ?

Have you check that you are correctly connected via WiFi or 3G before login on your twiiter.

    Regards

Check that you are using the version 4.14 of Plume (go in the settings and tap the option Changelog to see what is the version you are using).

Then, if you don't need to update, try to login and if it fails, use the option Generate Logs (who is two options under the option Changelog) and send us a log (don't forgot to mention your forum name please to help me find your mail more quickly).

    Thanks

Hi, I'm having the same issues as the user who submitted this bug report. I'm also on the HTC One X with the latest stock firmware from AT&T. What happens is when you try to authorize Plume, the page redirecting back to the app fails to load. I can't get into Plume's settings to generate logs for you since the app doesn't get in far enough to give me a menu button (and the One X doesn't have a hardware button). I can get you a logcat if that helps.

Attached is an image of the page failing to redirect. Twitter acknowledges the authorization, but the redirect fails.

    Hi,

I'm sorry about that but for now, i can't propose you other solutions. When you are entering your login & password, Plume is just sending information to Twitter and it check the informations.

As i wrote this issue can be related to the Android's system (wich is a rare issue).

If you can try to log in using your native launcher (if you are using custom one). Check also what are the application that are running before doing that. Perhaps you have one that prevent the login (a security application or other things like that).

I asked to the developers and as for now, we don't manage to reproduce your issue, it's difficult to find where the problem is coming from.

    Regards

Thanks for looking into it. I do believe it is something to do with the way Sense is handling things. I don't have any security software on my phone and I've tried logging in after a fresh reboot. Plume works fine on my tablet and did work fine on this very phone when I ran CyanogenMod as well as previous versions of the stock software. I think it has to do with the latest OTA for the One X. I'm gonna try something with the system settings, and if it works, I'll get back to you. Thanks again.
