The “use SSL" doesn't work When use API

I add my api in the ‘’System-Alternative Server",and
it works well without "Use SSL". However,it still transfers data in
http when I turn on the "Use SSL” option,
can you help me?
PS:I had captured the network traffic of my Android phone and
analysised the data.I test my API in other clients,and it can works
well in both http and https.

I would like to see an error log to understand where it comes from.
You can find informations on how to make it here : http://support.levelupstudio.com/kb/general/collect-some-logs
Try a manual update just before collecting the log.

I forced the API connection with SSL,and the plume seems throwed exception。If the SSl connection was an option it will transfer the data with http.

Is your server doing the SSL passthrough as well ?
Can you give us the DNS or your SSL server so we can test ?

My api is twip4,and I built it on the Dotcloud.My api works well in Seesmic with SSL.
