please help i have used BW for many months now but lately i have
had the moon showing all day long i have tried both Accuwheather
and Google with no.sun. Other towns around me work just fine so im
wondering what is going on
please help

Can you check the sunset / sunrise displayed on your screen?

I live in Nome ,Ak the sunrise is 450Am and sunset is 155Am we have a lot of daylight here but in Anchorage ,Ak the sunrise and sun set are just about the same and the sun appears at 5 in the morning on the widget and the Moon appears at about 2am which is correct it is not working for my location however the moon should only show a few hours from 2am till 5am it was working up until 2 weeks ago

Oh and thanks for responding. I was gonna mention I have tried uninstall/reinstall several times plus 2 factory resets because i really like having beautiful home on my screen..... I have another weather widget ( fancy widget pro) that runs Google and the sun/moon works just fine don't know if it would be the same Google weather as Beautiful widgets I don't like fancy widgets. It doesn't look as sharp as BW so i hope there is a fix unless Accuwheather and Google are both Down in my area (ps the weather and temp are very accurate just the darn moon showing 24/7

I too have the same problem on my wifi xoom. Temp and animations are correct but the moon is up all day on the live wallpaper. I havent tried reinstalling yet. Works great on my Incredible.

We have a problem using the calculation of the moon / sun, we will try to fix it soon (we hope during this week).

I also love.BW very much but lately my weather conditions are right but the moon is showing all day sunrise/sunset is correct but the sun never comes out EVER it was working just fine until about 3 weeks ago

STILL NOT WORKING sorry to say weather says sunny with a big moon showing maybe sunset has to be before midnight but it seems to work fine in other parts of Alaska where the sun goes down after midnight ie Fairbanks/Anchorage buddy not working in my area or any towns around very upsetting but maybe it will work itself out :-( :-(

Do you use accuweather or google weather?

I prefer accuwheather it seems to be more accurate, but i will use which ever can be fixed i have tried both to no avail using beautiful widgets 3.6

I think there will be a problem in the other way, When our launcher can't detect if it's a day or night (no sunset, sunrise) it will show a "day". I hope it will not be a problem when the winter will come.
