Refund

I bought your app August 3rd. I asked for a refund within 3 hours. Your app description says you give refunds within 24 hours. I have yet to see the refund.

Sorry for the late answer. I'll take care of this today. You will have your refund. Don't worry about the 24h policy Refund as i always check the day of you sent the mail and not the day i'm reading it.

It's been 24 hours now and still no refund. What's going on? Why is this taking so long?

Hi,
When you ask for a refund, i check different things then i forward to someone that will refund the account.
It's a human manipulation. Don't worry, you request has been accepted and sent so, you will be refund.

It has now been 10 days since I requested a refund, and a week since you said it would be done in a few hours, and I still don't have my refund.
Please let me know what the status is.

Don't worry, i send a mail again to the one who is in charge with the refund. It shouldn't take too long.
Sorry for the delay, usually it's more quickly than that.
