the apps doesnt works in a 100% not even a 50% i cant change the skins weather conditions are not available i cant change or custom
anything...i want money back i tryed 5min after the donwload but i couldnt get my money back DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!

    Can you describe your issue more precisely ?

    What's happening when you are downloading a new skin ? Have you got all your previous skin ?

    Destroy the Widgets, Reboot your smartphone after the update and create new widgets can in most case fix some issues.

    @Bob Marley : You Have the choice between more than thousands of Skins for your clock (http://market.beautiful-widgets.com/). You can find that some of them are not so beautiful, but you can also create your own (http://levelupstudio.com/skincreator/). Have you seen when you are on your skin list that you can swipe on ther right to download the other skins ? And sorry about your refund, we offer a 24h Policy Refund not 6 Days. But you'll be perhaps please to know that the developpers are working on a brand new version of Beautiful Widgets. And remember, no smartphone, no cry. Peace...

    @bob: Let me be quite clear about refund policy. If you act within 15mn after purchase your application, Google Cancel your payment and refund your account.

    After this delay, we offer our customers 1 day Refund Policy. We have no problem to refund customers that are not happy with our Application. If the google 15mn refund policy don't work,, we can do it within this time.

    In Google Play, we have wrote this : "Please note that we allow more than 15 minutes for the refund policy because we think it is too short. You can contact us from Google Checkout within 24 hours with an explanation on why you are not interested in keeping it.". So you know that it's possible for you to have a refund if you don't like / need / whatever reasons our applications.

    I did'nt saw this morning the first post was from the same user (it was coming from david and the post of this morning is coming from bob marley). I asked you if i can be of any help with the application (that doesn't mean i didn't want to refund your account).

    And this morning, i just saw a CAP post with (APP SUCK, STOLE, and so on) coming from bob marley (and not david).

    I think i show respect to our customers but i'm not trying to convince anyone about that.

    As your first post was wrote on 27June, your account will be refund. Next time, just choose more carefully your words and explain clearly and in a polite way that you want a refund.

    i post it as a gift for your huge respect for me calling me poor and you
    said i was crying too.... I ask for your ID to report you badass attitude
    and what happen you are afraid and because of that you refund my money,
    well at least you get a part pf the message and you gave me thw money back
    but you need to learn how to treat costumers and thats a fact, please i
    dont want to waste my time in situations.like this so..... Thanks and good
