Hi,
Have you try to download one skin from our Skin Market (http://market.beautiful-widgets.com/)
Try also with a Wifi connection if you have one available to see if the issue is still there.
And try also with different skins. If you can tell me the name of the skins you want to download.
Thanks

When I look at clock skins on my DROID razr and I click on one and hit download I get the green downloaded word across the skin and in the notification bar its says downloaded swype to remove. It never installs though and it never give me the option to install. This happens on any skin. I've also used file manager and cannot find them other than a cached picture of the skin which I can't install from. Please fix and email me!

I am also having this same problem. The weather skins download just fine, but the clock skins say they download but do not. Happens on all clock skins. Using Droid bionic

I think I have found the problem. If there is a space character in the skin name, it will not install (it will say downloaded, but won't be in the install list). If there is no space character, it will work as expected. It is a shame, as I like the look of the featured skin 'Suku ICS in ICS Blue'...

Hi,
I forwarded those issues to our developpers. They'll have a look at this as soon as possible.
Thanks for your patience

I am having the same problem with my Samsung SIII. Says it's downloaded but it is not showing up to be selected. Thanks

Same problem with my Epic 2. There is not even an option or label of "clock skins" although there is one of "weather skins". I have two Epics and one worked fine but the other did not.

Nathan may be correct. I downloaded a skin that had a one word title, downloaded and showed up fine! I like this one better then the two word one I was trying to download, so I am happy :)

Hi,
For those who have issues with the download, can you post here a logcat ? I'll forward it to our developper and they'll have a look at it.
Thank you

Hi Leflou,
I don't know what a logcat is or how to generate it, but to reproduce the problem, go into clock skins and download a skin with a space in the file name (e.g. 'Suku ICS in ICS Blue'). It will say 'downloaded' in the notifications bar, but then won't appear in the list of 'Installed Skins'. I am using the Beautiful Home Weather 4x2 widget on Samsung Galaxy S3.
If there is ever a fix for this, please can you post it here?
Thanks,
Nathan

Hi,
Our developpers are working on it. You can try to download the SuperClock skins using the Skin Market instead (http://market.beautiful-widgets.com/)
Sorry about that, when we'll have news about that, it will be fixed in the next update.
Thanks for your patience
