I have bought Beautiful Widgets with an accout.
After I have make another one, with the new account I cant install
the app on my phone.
So, today I have bought the app again with my new account and even
if on the market
the app it seems to be buyed, I haven't it on my phone. What
happen?

Hello,
Android Market applications when bought are bound to your primary Gmail address, that you have used to set up your phone. If you have used the same Gmail address, it should appears as purchased in the Android Market.
If that is not the case, you could always try to add your old Gmail address as a secondary email in your Gmail applications if it supports multiple accounts (depends on the version of Android). Hopefully then the market should allow you to re-download the applications as it would appear as purchased.
In the case of that still does not work, the only solution is to rebuy the application, then to send me previous order number and the new one, I will operate a refund on the old order. That is the only way to transfer the license.

Hi, thx so much for the reply.
My idea was to buy it with the promotion of 0.10 euros on the Italian market because I thought I had lost the old purchase. But then I tried it several times even though I had money I got error. my account is like the mail instead

If you remove it, you won't get any update notifications. Android Market just propose you to update / install paid apps regarding to the Google accounts you log in with.
